In short
The label tools run inside your web browser. The PDF files you open are read and processed on your own computer or phone. We do not upload them, store them or see them.
Your PDF files
When you choose a PDF, your browser reads it locally to find the labels, SKUs and quantities, and to build the new PDF. The files are not sent to ASPAURA GLOBAL or to any other server. When you close or reload the page, the files are gone from the tool.
Settings saved on your device
To save you time, the tool stores your preferences in your browser’s local storage: crop values, output and sorting options, your custom SKU order, and your light or dark mode choice. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools on these pages. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and say what is collected.
Messages you send us
The Contact page does not send your message to our servers. It opens your own email app with the message filled in, and the message is sent through your email provider. We receive only what you choose to send, and we use it only to reply to you.
Hosting
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Children
These tools are made for business use and are not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
